Undeliverable

If, for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g. absence from the delivery location, incorrect addresses, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the order, you must contact us so that we can provide you with the appropriate information so that you can collect the order.

Defective Items

There will be a two-week period from the purchase of an item to exchange it for another identical item in perfect condition in the event of a factory defect.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to cancel your purchase.

The withdrawal period is counted in calendar days (including holidays, Sundays and non-working days) from receipt of the purchased product.

To do this, you must include inside the box in which you make the return, along with the product(s) to be returned in perfect condition, a document with the following information:

The costs of the return are borne by the customer.

As soon as it arrives at our facilities, we will check the condition of the product(s), then we will proceed to refund said amount in the same payment method with which you placed the order.

If you paid shipping costs when you placed the order, these will not be refunded since said shipping was made at the time the order was sent.

Depending on the bank, the amount may reach your account within 14 days.
