Returns and exchanges.
You can make your exchange or return using the following link:
You have 15 days from receiving the package to request an exchange or return. You must send the package with the product in the same condition and packaging as you received it to the address that will be sent to you by email.
You must send the entire package, including any gift products we may have sent you.
Once we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the return or exchange.
In the case of an exchange, the new shipment of your product will be free of charge.
Defective product.
In case of receiving a product in poor condition or defective, don't worry, Minerva will take care of everything. You just need to send your order number and a photo of the package as it arrived, within 15 days of receiving the order, to minervabrandesp@gmail.com. We will send you a new one.
