Return policy
Fast, easy returns and FREE exchanges. (service available in Spain, international orders are the responsibility of the customer)
- Return and refund policy: We accept returns of any product that arrives in poor condition or that does not meet any of the characteristics specified on the website. You can ask us for a full refund of the amount of the product or for us to send you a new one. Minerva will take responsibility.
- Product change policy: To make a product change you must follow the following steps. Don't worry, you have 30 days:
- Request the change by email to info@minervabrandesp.com within a period of no more than 15 days following the date of receipt of the product.
- Send the article to the address we indicate.
- Choose between one of the following 2 options:
- Refund of the value of the product in a code (voucher) without an expiration date. FREE return cost.
- Refund of the value of the product with return costs borne by the customer.
- Defective product
If you receive a product in poor condition or defective, do not worry, Minerva takes care of everything. You alone You must send the order number and a photo of the package as it arrived (inside the original package) to info@minervabrandesp.com.
Options:
- Exchange for the same product (free).
- In the event that the product is OUT OF STOCK, an exchange can be made for another product (free).
- Refund of the value of the product in a code (voucher) without an expiration date.
- Refund of the value of the product.
