The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any given time in our online store. The prices on the website include VAT and customs duties. Price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation.
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), except for those destined for the Canary Islands or regions outside the EU, in which case the taxes applicable to said territories will be applied.
Transfer of risk and ownership
The risks of the products will be yours from the moment of their delivery. You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all sums due in relation to them, or at the time of delivery, if this takes place at a later time. For the purposes of these conditions, "delivery" of the products will be deemed to have taken place when they are received at the agreed delivery address.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to cancel your purchase.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email (info@minervabrandesp.com) within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
The withdrawal period is counted in calendar days (including holidays, Sundays and non-working days) from receipt of the purchased product.
To do this, you must include inside the box in which you make the return, along with the product(s) to be returned in perfect condition, a document with the following information:
I ____, hereby communicate the withdrawal of the order ___ dated ___.
The costs of the return are borne by the customer.
As soon as it arrives at our facilities, we will check the condition of the product(s), then we will proceed to refund said amount in the same payment method with which you placed the order.
If you paid shipping costs when you placed the order, these will not be refunded since said shipping was made at the time the order was sent.
Depending on the bank, the amount may reach your account within 14 days.
Applicable law requires that some of the information or communications we send to you be in writing. By using this online store, you agree that we may exchange electronic communications. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the online store. For contractual purposes, you agree that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we communicate to you by the aforementioned means comply with the legal requirements equivalent to written documents. This condition does not affect your rights recognized by law.
Product warranty for lack of conformity
The liability of the Electronic Store for lack of conformity of the product will be governed by the provisions of 114 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Our right to modify conditions
