The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any time in our online store. The prices on the website include VAT. Price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation.

Transfer of risk and ownership
The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery. For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” of the products has occurred at the time of receipt of the same at the agreed delivery address.
To cancel your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
If you avail yourself of the right of withdrawal, you must be notified via email (info@minervabrandesp.com) within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The period for withdrawal is counted in calendar days (including therefore holidays, Sundays and non-business days) from the receipt of the purchased product.
To do this, it is necessary to include inside the box in which you make the return, along with the product/s to be returned in perfect condition, a document with the following information:
I ____, communicate the withdrawal of the order ___ with date ___.
The costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as it arrives at our facilities, we will check the status of the product/s, then we will proceed to refund said amount in the same payment method in which you placed the order.
If you paid shipping costs when you placed the order, these will not be refunded since said shipping has been made at the time the order was sent.
Depending on the bank, the amount may reach your account within 14 days.
The applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this online store, you agree that we can exchange electronic communications. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices in the online store. For contractual purposes, you accept that all contracts, notifications, information and other communications that we communicate to you by the aforementioned means comply with the legal requirements comparable to written documents. Product warranty due to lack of conformity
The responsibility of the Electronic Store for lack of conformity of the product will be governed by the provisions of 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for Defense of Consumers and Users.
